Andekan is focused on the creation of high-quality Revit families for architects, engineers, and product manufacturers. We also offer consulting services related to Revit family creation, standards and management. Since 2008, we have created thousands of families for dozens of major AEC firms and manufacturers in the United States and around the world.
Andekan is led by co-founders Jose Fandos and Gary Sprague. As CEO, Mr. Fandos leads Andekan's modeling team and is responsible for business development and strategic planning. Prior to founding Andekan, Jose worked as a CAD manager in the UK, where he led his firm's adoption of Revit. He later served as co-founder and CTO of Broutek Ltd., a pioneering start-up in Revit content creation. Jose is considered one of the industry's most knowledgeable Revit content creators, and is a member of the AEC (UK) BIM Standards Committee and the UK Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Breakout Group on Revit Content Standards.
Gary Sprague serves as Andekan's COO and is responsible for managing all aspects of operations including finances, IT, company administration, and customer service. He also oversees the company's sales and marketing efforts. Gary's past experience includes over five years working in the field of social enterprise and sustainable business, where he served in a number of marketing and operations roles for RSF Social Finance, Investors' Circle, and Root Capital.
